Tile fixing and SPC flooring supply and installation, including levelling and skirting.

Gypsum false ceilings, cove details and new lighting layouts.

Surface repair, priming and finish coats for walls, ceilings and feature walls.
- 06Electrical and AC adjustments
New points, circuits and fittings, plus AC servicing or relocation where the layout changes.

Do I need approval from my building or community before renovating?
Many buildings and communities in the UAE ask for approval before renovation work starts. Requirements vary, so check with your building or community management. We can prepare the documents they typically ask for, including the scope of work, method statement, HSE plan and worker details for site access.
Can you renovate just one room?
Yes. We handle anything from a single bathroom or kitchen to a full apartment or villa. The process is the same: a free site visit, then a written scope and price.
How is the price worked out?
After the site visit we prepare a scope of work with quantities (BOQ) and a written price, so you can see exactly what is included before any work starts.
