5 steps How we work

A simple process from first message to handover.

You always know what happens next — and nothing starts until you’ve seen the scope and price in writing.

01 The process

How a job runs

The same five steps apply to a small repair or a full renovation.

  1. 01Tell us the job

Send photos and details on WhatsApp or email, or call us. Photos help us understand the job and prepare for the visit.

  2. 02Free site visit

We inspect the site, measure the work and talk through what you want to achieve.

  3. 03Clear quotation

You receive the scope of work, quantities and price in writing. Where needed we also prepare a BOQ, method statement and HSE plan.

  4. 04Safe execution

Work is done to plan, with your property protected and the site kept tidy and safe.

  5. 05Handover and follow-up

We check the finish with you, close out any snags and stay available after handover.

02 Getting started

What to send us for a faster response

A few details on WhatsApp help us understand the job before we visit.

  • Photos or a short video of the area or problem
  • The property type — apartment, villa, office, shop or building
  • The location (community or area, and emirate)
  • Approximate sizes, if you know them
  • Any timing constraints, such as a move-in date

03 Building approvals

Renovating in a managed building or community?

Many buildings and communities in the UAE ask for approval before renovation or fit-out work starts. What’s required depends on the building, the developer or community management, and the scope of work — cosmetic work such as repainting is usually simpler than work that affects services, structure or common areas.

Always check the requirements with your building or community management first. We can prepare the contractor documents they typically ask for, so the approval process isn’t held up on our side.

For fit-out permits in areas regulated by the Dubai Development Authority, see the DDA fit-out permit page (opens in a new tab).

Documents we provide on request

  • Company trade license
  • Insurance certificates
  • HSE plan
  • Method statement
  • Scope of work & BOQ
  • Worker details for site access

04 Questions

About the process

Do I have to pay for the site visit or quotation?

No. The site visit and quotation are free.

Will the price change after work starts?

The scope, quantities and price are agreed in writing before work starts. If you ask for changes or something unforeseen is uncovered, we discuss it with you and agree any change before proceeding.

Can I just send photos instead of booking a visit?

Yes — photos are the best way to start. For many jobs we’ll still recommend a quick site visit so the quotation is accurate.

Do you work in occupied homes and offices?

Yes. We protect floors and furniture, keep the work area tidy and plan the work to reduce disruption.
